Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion is valid from 1 November – 31 December 2023.
  2. The above package serves as a first-line health screen. Add-on diagnostic tests may be recommended by our veterinarian, depending on your pet’s age, breed and lifestyle.
  3. Chest X-ray require your dog to be restrained. Our vets will advise if your dog is suitable for an X-ray during consultation.
  4. Urine tests, where applicable, will be rescheduled if a sample is not available on the day of the examination. Sample needs to be provided within 2 weeks from the health screen during clinic operating hours. Otherwise, additional charges may apply.
  5. No further discount is applicable, with the only exception of a 15% discount for add-on diagnostic tests recommended by our veterinarian.
  6. If your rabbit requires medication or mild sedation to reduce anxiety, additional charges will apply.
